How it works
Once you purchase the online colour analysis package, you will receive an email with your questionnaire, photo requirements and submission instructions. You need to send a few images following the guide and then complete the questionnaire. Your online colour analysis will begin once your photos and questionnaire have been approved. Timeframes can depend on several factors, including how long it takes for you to send your photos and questionnaire. Typically, it will take up to seven days. Then, you will receive your results via email, and your swatch and gifts will be sent to your door.
Disclaimer & Refunds
We pride ourselves on providing qualified expert advice, which is why our qualified professional manually conducts each analysis. Unlike other providers, we do not use AI as it is unreliable. We use a renowned international colour analysis system that is globally recognised. However, if other systems have analysed you, it may not translate into Colour Capsule's systems.
The digital recording of your analysis is not a live consultation. It will be a video walkthrough of the entire colour analysis process with the colour consultant, and you will be sent a link once it is complete.
As we provide a digital and personalised service, we want to clarify our refund policy to ensure transparency and a positive experience for all our clients. Due to the digital and personalised nature of our Online Colour Analysis service, refunds will not be issued.
