Refunds & Cancellations

We understand life happens, and we aim to offer flexibility while respecting the time and resources involved in preparing each personalised service.

Deposits:
All services group (including parties) and corporate bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your session. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling occurs with adequate notice.

Cancellations For Individual and 2-Person In-Person Consultations:

  • You may reschedule your appointment with 7+ days notice, if there are other times and/or dates available. 

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable*

*Please contact support@colourcapsule.co if you have a reasonable emergency that prevents you from attending the consultation within the 7 days days prior to your scheduled appointment.

Online Consultations:
Once your images and details have been submitted, work begins. At this point, your session becomes non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to deliver a positive outcome - including rescheduling or alternative formats, where reasonable.
