Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind:
Due to the personalised nature of our products and services, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your physical product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@colourcapsule.co. We will organise a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Return Shipping:
If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. In most cases, you will not be responsible for return postage for incorrect or faulty items.

This policy covers all Colour Capsule services and products and is written in alignment with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the ACCC. Our goal is to be clear, fair, and supportive - while delivering a seamless experience for you.
