Shipping
All physical products (e.g. swatch cards, lipsticks) are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes:
- Standard (Australia): 3–8 business days
- Express (Australia): 2–4 business days
- International: 7–14+ business days depending on destination
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Colour Capsule is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once items have been dispatched.
Returns
We don’t offer returns for change of mind due to the personalised nature of our products.
